This Hutch Pro Racer is a pre serialized bike with a mix of old and new parts. Looks to be an 82 or 83. The original frame, fork, stem, sprocket, pedals, and wheels are all in excellent shape. This pro racer has been re-stickerd as an expert but actually has the 19.25" Top Tube.
